- Pre heated 400 degree oven
- In a medium bowl combine flour and salt, add the eggs and half the yogurt. Beat well until very smooth, add remaining yogurt and milk and mix well. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Spoon 1/2 teaspoon oil into each of 8 muffin tins or ramekins and place pan in the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until almost smoking.
- Add batter to fill the tins halfway and return to the oven for 20 minutes or until puffed and brown. Serve at once with the meat.
For a variation add 3 Tb chopped herbs to the basic batter and continue as directed.
