French Onion Roast Beef Hoagie

  • YIELDS 1 hoagie


  • 1x 8-9 inch sub-style roll
  • 4Tbsp. Oikos® French Onion Dip
  • 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1/3 lb. thinly sliced roast beef
  • 1 oz. sliced Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup baby arugula leaves
  • 3-4 slices of tomato
French Onion Roast Beef Hoagie


  • Split roll and lay on a clean work surface. Combine Oikos® French Onion Dip and horseradish and spread on insides of both halves of the split roll.
  • Layer roast beef, cheese, arugula and tomato on the roll. Cut the sub in half and serve.
