1 x 12-oz. container Oikos® Roasted Red Pepper Dip
1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
8 oz. linguine or spaghetti, cooked (4 cups)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup shredded basil leaves
DIRECTIONS:
Heat oil in a sauté pan. Add onions and sauté 2-3 minutes or until translucent. Add artichokes, Oikos® Roasted Red Pepper Dip, broth and pasta and toss well to coat and heat through.
Add cheese and basiland mix in gently. Serve with extra cheese, if desired.
