French Chicken Tenders

  • 1 x 12-oz. container Oikos® French Onion Dip, divided
  • 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts cut into 12 strips (2-3 breasts)
  • 11/2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 2-3 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
  • 1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper

Preheat oven 400°F.

  • Place 3/4 cup Oikos® French Onion Dip a shallow bowl. Place panko, chives, and pepper in another shallow bowl or plate.
  • Roll chicken strips in the Oikos French Onion Dip and then in the panko crumbs. Place on a foil or parchment lined sheet pan and lightly spray with non-stick food spray.
  • Bake chicken for 22-25 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Serve strips with more Oikos® French Onion Dip and salad.
