Cucumber Dill Baked Fish

  • 1/2 cup dry plain bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. melted unsalted butter
  • 4 x 5-oz. Tilapia or snapper fillets, patted dry
  • 1/2 cup Oikos Cucumber Dill Dip
  • 8 lemon wedges
Cucumber Dill Baked Fish


Preheat oven 425°F.

  • In a bowl mix crumbs and butter; hold.
  • Place fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Spread 2 Tbsp. Oikos Cucumber Dill Dip in an even layer onto the top of each fish fillet. Sprinkle the top of each fillet evenly with 2 Tbsp. buttered crumbs.
  • Bake fish for 10 -12 minutes, depending upon the thickness of the fish, or until cooked through and fish starts to flake easily and the top has browned slightly. Remove from heat and serve immediately accompanied by 2 lemon wedges for garnish per serving.
