Dani’s appetizer dip is a delicious mix of beets, feta cheese, and Dannon® Oikos® Plain Greek Nonfat Yogurt.

INGREDIENTS:
2/3 cup of Dannon® Oikos® Plain Greek Nonfat Yogurt
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 small beets, grated (about 1/4 cup)
1.5 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Combine nonfat yogurt, garlic, and beets in a medium sized bowl. Stir in chunks of feta cheese and season with salt and pepper. Serve with toasted pita chips or baked potato chips. Enjoy!
