Yogurt, Fruit & Almond Parfaits

A pretty parfait is perfect for breakfast or anytime.

  • 4 almond cookies or macaroons, coarsely chopped (1/2 cup)

  • 2 cups Oikos® Plain or Vanilla Greek Yogurt

  • 1 cup diced fresh fruit (berries, peaches, apricots)

  • 2 Tablespoons sliced almonds, toasted

  • 2 teaspoons honey


  1. Place 2 Tablespoons of crushed cookie in the base of two sundae or parfait style glasses.

  2. Layer with: 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup fruit and 1 Tablespoon more of the cookies.

  3. Top with 1/2 cup yogurt, remaining cookies, toasted almonds and a drizzle of honey.
