Jalapeno Chicken Crunch

  • 1 x 12-oz. container Oikos® Jalapeno Dip, divided
  • 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into 12 strips (2-3 breasts)
  • 1 1/2 cups tortillas crumbs
  • 2-3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • Lettuce as needed
Jalapeno Chicken Crunch


Preheat oven 400°F.

  • Place 3/4 cup Oikos® Jalapeno Dip in a shallow bowl. Place tortilla crumbs and cilantro in another shallow bowl or plate.
  • Dip chicken strips into the Oikos® Jalapeno Dip to coat and then roll in the crumb mixture to coat completely. Place on a foil or parchment-lined baking sheet and lightly spray with non-stick food spray.
  • Bake chicken 22-25 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Serve strips over lettuce with additional Oikos® Jalapeno Dip as a dipping sauce.
