Sundried Tomato & Garlic Bread

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1x12-inch loaf Italian bread
  • 1/2 cup Oikos® Sun-Dried Tomato Greek Yogurt Dip
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
Sundried Tomato & Garlic Bread

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven 350°F.

  • Split bread in half and lay on a clean work surface.
  • In a bowl combine Oikos® Sun-Dried Tomato Greek Yogurt Dip, olive oil, parsley and garlic and mix well. Spread mixture over the cut side of the split bread.
  • Close loaf again and wrap in foil. Bake in a preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until heated through. Open bread and run under the broiler before serving, if desired. Slice into 16 pieces and serve.
