Orchard Salad with Sweet Gingerly Yogurt Dressing

Creamy Greek nonfat yogurt meets the bite of ginger for a perfectly balanced salad.



  • 1 carrot, peeled and finely grated
  • 1 pear, peeled, cored and finely grated
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored and finely grated
  • 1/2 Vidalia onion or sweet onion, finely grated
  • Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Sesame Ginger Dressing
  • 1 cup Oikos® Plain Yogurt
  • 1 lb. mixed baby field greens, washed and dried


  1. Mix together first 7 ingredients. Divide baby field greens between four salad plates or arrange on serving platter. Top with dressing mixture.
