Pesto, Roasted Pepper and Turkey Club

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 slices sourdough or whole grain bread
  • 2 Tbsp. Oikos® Roasted Red Pepper Dip
  • 2 tsp. prepared pesto
  • 2 slices smoked turkey (1 oz.)
  • 2 slices smoked ham (1 oz.)
  • 2 slices mozzarella or provolone cheese
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 1 lettuce leaf
Pesto, Roasted Pepper and Turkey Club

DIRECTIONS:

  • Toast bread and lay out on a clean work surface. Spread Oikos® Roasted Red Pepper Dip on two slices and pesto on the third.
  • Top bottom bread slice (with dip) with lettuce, tomato and turkey. Place slice of bread on top, pesto-side-down, and top with ham, cheese and remaining bread, dip-side-down. Place two toothpicks in each half, cut into quarters and serve.
