Ingredients
3 cloves garlic
1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp. hot pepper sauce, or to taste
1 tsp. cumin
4 tbs. olive oil
1 cup Oikos® Greek Plain Yogurt
1 1/2 cups frozen shelled edamame (green soybeans), thawed
Directions
Place garlic cloves, chipotle pepper, olive oil, yogurt, hot sauce, and cumin into a blender or food processor.
Puree until smooth, then add the edamame, and continue to puree until smooth.
Season to taste with salt and pepper before serving."
