  • 1 x 12-oz. container Oikos® Sun-Dried Tomato Greek Yogurt Dip
  • 1/2 cup minced scallions
  • 1/2 cup sliced Calamata olives
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil shredded
  • 8 oz. (dry) linguine or fettuccine
  • 1/2 cup hot pasta water
  • Freshly grated Parmesan, as needed


  1. In a large bowl combine Oikos® Sun-Dried Tomato Greek Yogurt Dip, scallions, olives and basil, mix well.
  2. Cook pasta according to package (makes about 4 cups). Drain and reserve 1/2 cup pasta water. Add hot pastawater to yogurt-olive mixture and mix well. Toss sauce with hot pasta;add cheese if desired and serve
