Sundried Tomato & Garlic Bread

  • 1×12-inch loaf Italian bread
  • 1/2 cup Oikos® Sun-Dried Tomato Greek Yogurt Dip
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic


Preheat oven 350°F.

  1. Split bread in half and lay on a clean work surface.
  2. In a bowl combine Oikos® Sun-Dried Tomato Greek Yogurt Dip, olive oil, parsley and garlic and mix well. Spread mixture over the cut side of the split bread.
  3. Close loaf again and wrap in foil. Bake in a preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until heated through. Open bread and run under the broiler before serving, if desired. Slice into 16 pieces and serve.
