Roasted Red Pepper Aioli

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup Oikos® Greek 0% Plain
  • 1 roasted red peppers, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and ground red pepper to taste
