Red Pepper Potato Flats

  • 8 frozen hash brown patties
  • 1/2 cup Oikos® Roasted Red Pepper Dip
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese


Preheat oven 425°F.

  1. Place frozen patties onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, evenly spaced.
  2. Bake in preheated 425°F.oven 12-13 minutes, or until the patties begin to brown and crisp up. Remove from oven.
  3. Spread 1 Tbsp. Oikos® Roasted Red Pepper Dip evenly over top of each hash brown pattie and sprinkle top of each evenly with 2 Tbsp. cheese. Return to oven and continue baking 13-14 minutes or until cheese is melted and patties are completely heated through. Remove from heat and serve immediately as a side dish for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
