Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken meat (9 oz.)
  • 1 cup diced granny smith apple
  • 3/4 cup Oikos® Roasted Red Pepper Dip
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped, toasted walnuts
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley and/or scallions

Directions

  1. In a bowl gently toss together all ingredients; cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
  2. To serve as a salad topper or in a sandwich, 1 cup per serving.
