Pesto, Roasted Pepper and Turkey Club

  • 3 slices sourdough or whole grain bread
  • 2 Tbsp. Oikos® Roasted Red Pepper Dip
  • 2 tsp. prepared pesto
  • 2 slices smoked turkey (1 oz.)
  • 2 slices smoked ham (1 oz.)
  • 2 slices mozzarella or provolone cheese
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 1 lettuce leaf


  1. Toast bread and lay out on a clean work surface. Spread Oikos® Roasted Red Pepper Dip on two slices and pesto on the third.
  2. Top bottom bread slice (with dip) with lettuce, tomato and turkey. Place slice of bread on top, pesto-side-down, and top with ham, cheese and remaining bread, dip-side-down. Place two toothpicks in each half, cut into quarters and serve.
