  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 sweet onion, sliced
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, diced
  • 1 x 12-oz. container Oikos® Roasted Red Pepper Dip
  • 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 8 oz. linguine or spaghetti, cooked (4 cups)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded basil leaves


  1. Heat oil in a sauté pan. Add onions and sauté 2-3 minutes or until translucent. Add artichokes, Oikos® Roasted Red Pepper Dip, broth and pasta and toss well to coat and heat through.
  2. Add cheese and basiland mix in gently. Serve with extra cheese, if desired.
