Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Oikos® Jalapeno Dip, divided
  • 2 pocket-less pitas or 2x 8-inch tortillas
  • 10-12 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup diced ham, pepperoni or bacon
  • 1/4 cup minced scallions
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese (Cheddar, Jack, Swiss)

Directions

Preheat oven 400°F.

  1. Lay pita or tortilla on a clean work surface. . Spread each with 2 Tbsp. Oikos® Jalapeno Dip and then sprinkle each with: 10-12 cherry tomato halves, 1/4 cup diced meat. 2 Tbsp. scallions and 2 Tbsp. grated cheese.
  2. Bake pizzas for 8-10 minutes, cut into wedges and serve.
