Ingredients

  • 1x 8-9 inch sub-style roll
  • 4Tbsp. Oikos® French Onion Dip
  • 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1/3 lb. thinly sliced roast beef
  • 1 oz. sliced Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup baby arugula leaves
  • 3-4 slices of tomato

Directions

  1. Split roll and lay on a clean work surface. Combine Oikos® French Onion Dip and horseradish and spread on insides of both halves of the split roll.
  2. Layer roast beef, cheese, arugula and tomato on the roll. Cut the sub in half and serve.
