French Chicken Tenders

  • 1 x 12-oz. container Oikos® French Onion Dip, divided
  • 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts cut into 12 strips (2-3 breasts)
  • 11/2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 2-3 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
  • 1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper


Preheat oven 400°F.

  1. Place 3/4 cup Oikos® French Onion Dip a shallow bowl. Place panko, chives, and pepper in another shallow bowl or plate.
  2. Roll chicken strips in the Oikos French Onion Dip and then in the panko crumbs. Place on a foil or parchment lined sheet pan and lightly spray with non-stick food spray.
  3. Bake chicken for 22-25 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Serve strips with more Oikos® French Onion Dip and salad.
