Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Oikos® Sun-Dried Tomato Greek Yogurt Dip
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed fennel seeds
  • Cracked pepper, to taste
  • 6 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup minced scallions

Directions

  1. In a bowl combine Oikos® Sun-Dried Tomato Greek Yogurt Dip, parsley, lemon juice, fennel seed and pepper and mix well. Add cabbage, carrots and scallions and toss to coat. Let slaw sit 15 minutes before serving as desired.
