Yogurt Breakfast Sundaes

A sundae for breakfast? Yes, please! This one is made with honey, dried fruit and nuts.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cup Oikos® Greek 0% Plain or Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup slivered dried apricots or sliced figs*
  • 1/4 cup pistachio nuts, coarsely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
Yogurt Breakfast Sundaes

DIRECTIONS:

Prep Time: 10 minutes

  • In a small bowl combine dried fruit, pistachios and honey and mix to coat fruit and nuts.
  • Scoop 1 cup yogurt into each of two bowls.
  • Top each with fruit mixture 1/3 cup each).
  • Gently swirl and serve.

* Fresh apricots or figs can be used when in season, increase amount to 1 cup.
