Cucumber Breakfast Sandwich

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 bagels, halved and toasted
  • 1 cup Oikos Cucumber Dill Dip
  • 4 oz. thin sliced hot-smoked white fish or salmon
  • 1/4 cup drained capers
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced scallions
Cucumber Breakfast Sandwich

DIRECTIONS:

  • For Each Breakfast Sandwich: Spread each toasted bagel half with 2 Tbsp. Oikos Cucumber Dill Dip. Top each half with 1/2 oz. slice of smoked fish. Sprinkle top of each half with 1/2 Tbsp. each capers and scallions. Serve open faced.
