Ingredients
4 ripe avocados peeled, seeded, and coarsely mashed
1 clove garlic, finely minced
4 scallions, finely chopped (green part only)
2 tbs. olive oil
2 tbs. fresh lemon juice
1 cup Oikos® Greek Plain Yogurt or Fat Free Plain Yogurt
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
