Blue Cheese Avocado Dip
Ingredients
  • 4 ripe avocados peeled, seeded, and coarsely mashed
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 4 scallions, finely chopped (green part only)
  • 2 tbs. olive oil
  • 2 tbs. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup Oikos® Greek Plain Yogurt or Fat Free Plain Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
