Place 3/4 cup Oikos® Jalapeno Dip in a shallow bowl. Place tortilla crumbs and cilantro in another shallow bowl or plate.
Dip chicken strips into the Oikos® Jalapeno Dip to coat and then roll in the crumb mixture to coat completely. Place on a foil or parchment-lined baking sheet and lightly spray with non-stick food spray.
Bake chicken 22-25 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Serve strips over lettuce with additional Oikos® Jalapeno Dip as a dipping sauce.
