Spicy Yogurt Dip with Pita Strips

Spicy Yogurt Dip with Pita Strips

  • 2 cups (or 3 – 5.3oz single serve containers) Dannon® Oikos® Plain Greek Nonfat Yogurt
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Jalapeño pepper (seeds removed)
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 6 large leaves of fresh sweet basil
  1. Puree cilantro, lemon juice, pepper, oil, water and basil leaves in chopper/blender then mix in with yogurt and chill in ramekin for 30 minutes.

Butter and garlic pita

  1. Cut into strips and toast for 5 minutes or until firm and crispy.

Serve Pita with dip and enjoy.
