Greek Salad

Juicy grape tomatoes and crisp cucumbers will make this salad your new favorite! Not to mention a tasty dressing with Dannon® Oikos® nonfat Greek Yogurt. This recipe is courtesy of Michael Symon.

Greek Salad
  • 2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 small cucumber, medium diced
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, whole
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 small red onion, sliced very finely (optional)


  • 1 cup Dannon® Oikos® plain Greek nonfat yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/3 c chopped dill
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  1. Whisk together all ingredients except the olive oil.
  2. Stream in the olive oil while vigorously whisking. Season the vinaigrette with salt and pepper.
  3. Toss together the salad ingredients with the vinaigrette or spoon the vinaigrette over the top. Serve immediately.
