Baked Potato

Greek nonfat yogurt is the perfect substitute for sour cream in this Baked Potato recipe courtesy of Celebrity Chef Michael Symon

Baked Potato
  • 6 medium sized Idaho potatoes
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 T thinly sliced chives
  • 1 cup Dannon® Oikos® plain Greek nonfat yogurt for garnish
  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  1. Wash the potatoes and prick them all over with the tip of a paring knife.
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil then place the potatoes on it in a single layer.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until soft to the touch.
  4. Cut the potatoes lengthwise but not all the way through.
  5. Add some salt and pepper. Spoon yogurt over the top followed by some chives and enjoy!
